Lens of Grace Advisory — A Division of Lens of Grace LLC

By using this website or engaging with any service provided by Lens of Grace Advisory, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Services
Lens of Grace Advisory, a division of Lens of Grace LLC, provides the following services:
Organizational Consulting: Healthcare operations advisory, organizational systems diagnostics, workforce and HR strategy, compliance and accreditation readiness (including CQL, CARF, and related frameworks), internal audits and quality assurance, Medicaid provider enrollment and regulatory navigation, and startup advisory services.
Executive Coaching: Leadership coaching for healthcare administrators, executives, founders, and organizational leaders through the Grounded Leadership Systems™ (GLS™) framework.
Organizational Health Snapshot: A free, self-reported online assessment tool that provides directional organizational health scoring.
Services are provided through individual engagement agreements that define scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Services provided by Lens of Grace Advisory are advisory, coaching, and consulting in nature. They are NOT a substitute for:
— Licensed legal advice or legal representation. Nothing communicated during an engagement constitutes legal counsel. Clients should consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.
— Licensed financial, accounting, or CPA services. Our consulting work does not constitute auditing, tax advice, or certified financial planning.
— Clinical mental health counseling, psychotherapy, therapy, or psychiatric services. Executive coaching and consulting services provided through Lens of Grace Advisory are not clinical mental health treatment and are not equivalent to licensed counseling or therapy.
— Regulatory compliance certification or guarantee. Compliance and accreditation advisory services reflect our operational expertise; they do not guarantee survey outcomes or regulatory determinations.
— Medical advice or diagnosis.
Clients requiring any of the above services will be referred to appropriate licensed professionals.
3. Organizational Health Snapshot — Assessment Disclaimer
The Organizational Health Snapshot is a free, self-reported assessment tool. Results reflect your own responses at the time of completion and are intended as a directional starting point for conversation — not as a professional diagnosis, audit, or definitive organizational evaluation.
Completing the Snapshot does not create a client relationship, engagement agreement, or any contractual obligation between you and Lens of Grace Advisory. Results are provided for informational purposes only.
4. Intellectual Property
Grounded Leadership Systems™ (GLS™) is the proprietary intellectual property of Lens of Grace Advisory. All frameworks, tools, worksheets, assessments, program materials, and website content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Clients may use materials provided during engagements for their own personal or organizational development but may not share, sell, sublicense, or distribute them to third parties without written consent.
5. Coaching Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without client consent, except: (1) when required by law; (2) when there is imminent risk of harm to self or others; or (3) when used in anonymized form for case studies or testimonials, with prior written approval.
Coaching confidentiality is not equivalent to therapist-client privilege and does not carry the same legal protections. This is disclosed in all coaching agreements prior to engagement.
Organizational consulting engagements are governed by confidentiality terms specified in each engagement agreement, which may include formal non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
6. Payment Terms
Specific payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. General terms include:
— Project engagements: 50% deposit upon signing, with balance due per agreement milestones
— Coaching programs: Payment plans available; structure specified per program agreement
— Retainer arrangements: Monthly invoicing, due within 15 days of invoice
— All fees are in U.S. dollars
Lens of Grace Advisory reserves the right to pause or discontinue services for non-payment after reasonable notice. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results from coaching or consulting engagements vary based on individual and organizational circumstances, the degree of implementation of recommendations, client participation and follow-through, and factors outside our control. Lens of Grace Advisory makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lens of Grace Advisory and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of St. Joseph County, Indiana, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
10. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this site to transmit harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site; or to interfere with site functionality. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
