This page exists to ensure full transparency about the nature of services provided by Lens of Grace Advisory. We believe clarity protects both our clients and our practice. If you have questions about scope that aren't answered here, please contact us before beginning any engagement.
Oscar Kaunda — Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting
Oscar Kaunda provides executive coaching and organizational consulting through the Grounded Leadership Systems™ (GLS™) framework, informed by 12+ years of healthcare operations leadership, a Notre Dame Executive MBA, ACHE membership, and SHRM membership.
Coaching services are personal and professional development coaching. They are not therapy, clinical counseling, or licensed mental health treatment.
Consulting services are operational and organizational advisory services. They are not legal advice, financial or accounting services, medical advice, or regulatory compliance certification. Oscar Kaunda is not an attorney, CPA, licensed compliance officer, or healthcare regulator.
Consulting work reflecting compliance frameworks (CQL, CARF, IHCP, etc.) draws from operational leadership experience. Clients are responsible for their own regulatory compliance and should seek independent legal or regulatory counsel for binding compliance determinations.
If a client presents with needs that fall outside the scope of coaching or consulting — including clinical mental health concerns or crisis situations — Lens of Grace Advisory will acknowledge the concern, clarify the scope of services, and provide a referral to a licensed mental health professional. We do not provide crisis intervention services. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988).
Organizational Health Snapshot
The Organizational Health Snapshot is a self-reported assessment tool. Scores are based entirely on your own responses and reflect your perception of your organization at the time of completion. Results are directional — they are designed to start a conversation, not to serve as a professional audit, compliance assessment, or definitive organizational evaluation. Completing the Snapshot does not create a client relationship.
Confidentiality Boundaries
Coaching conversations are confidential with the following limits: information may be disclosed when required by law, when there is imminent risk of harm to self or others, or when used in fully anonymized form for professional development purposes with prior approval.
Coaching confidentiality is not equivalent to therapist-client privilege under Indiana law or federal law. Clients should not assume the same legal protections apply as in a licensed mental health relationship.
Intellectual Property
Grounded Leadership Systems™ (GLS™) is the proprietary intellectual property of Lens of Grace Advisory. All frameworks, materials, assessments, and program content are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
PHI and HIPAA
Do not submit protected health information (PHI) — including patient names, medical records, diagnoses, or treatment details — through any form, email, or assessment on this site. Lens of Grace Advisory does not function as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate unless a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA) has been separately executed in writing.
